Questions

How many guests can join?
Up to 10. Your vehicle is assigned by group size at no extra cost: Lincoln Aviator for Up to 4 guests, Cadillac Escalade for Up to 6 guests, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for Up to 10 guests.
Where do you pick up?
Pickup and drop-off anywhere in Napa and Sonoma is included. Pickups outside the Napa and Sonoma area are quoted by hand. Coming from San Francisco? Yes. I quote that pickup by hand. Door to door, so nobody drives.
Do you plan and book the wineries?
Planning is included in every tour: we pick the wineries and book every reservation.
Are tasting fees included?
No. Tasting fees are collected once you choose your wineries. We pay each winery directly when we book.
What should I bring?
Your dog, a light layer for cool cellars and comfortable shoes. I bring water, treats and a spare bowl. Bring a favourite blanket if your dog travels better with one.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 7 or more days before your tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 72 hours out are charged 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. We need at least 48 hours' notice, and we take one group a day.
Birthday, anniversary or dietary needs?
Yes. Tell me in your inquiry and I'll plan around it with the wineries and any lunch stop.
