These terms govern your booking and participation in tours provided by Dog Friendly Wine Tours. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

Tour pricing depends on tour length and group size and is confirmed in the quote we send you. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Tasting fees are paid directly to each winery and are not included in the tour price.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 7 or more days before your tour receive a full refund. Within 7 days but more than 72 hours before, a 50% charge applies. Within 72 hours of your tour, the booking is non-refundable.

Dogs and conduct

You are responsible for your dog's behavior throughout the tour. Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and kept under control at all times. Wineries and venues may set their own rules, and we ask that guests respect them. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund if guests or dogs create an unsafe situation.

Liability

Wine tours involve the consumption of alcohol. Guests must be 21 or older to taste. Participation is at your own risk, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising during a tour.
